DECIEMUK is a modest and joyful umbrella organisation that includes good beauty brands such as NIOD, Hylamide, and The Ordinary. The most exciting thing that has happened in skincare” and “the hottest beauty company right now,” are just two of the many accolades we’ve received over the years.

The past year has seen us sell more than one product every second, open the doors to our 35th store, and hire our 1000th member of the team. Having many new products in development, a new 70,000 square-foot headquarters to call home, and plans for even more retail expansion, we are excited to do even bigger things in 2021 than we did last year.

DECIEMUK was founded in 2013 by Brandon Truaxe, who has been dubbed “the beauty industry’s most exciting disruptor.” The lack of passion, transparency, and insight when it came to the development of beauty products made him angry during a four-month co-op at a skincare lab during which he worked as an intern. Brandon’s dissatisfaction with the beauty industry persisted even after he sold his first software company many years later, and he set out to make a difference in the industry. That change is DECIEM, and we’re working extremely hard to ensure that Brandon’s vision for a better world of beauty is carried forward.

Everything we do is of the highest possible calibre. Quality is no longer determined solely by price points or distribution channels in today’s world. The term “quality” nowadays refers to something that is authentic, different, functional and beautiful while also being reasonably priced, even for the wealthy. And we hold these principles in high regard. We choose to serve those who are well-educated, curious, and intelligent, and who recognise and appreciate our commitment to this very genuine definition of quality.
