They know that shopping with a newly discovered company can be a little intimidating at first, so why not get to know them a little better, this is who they are and what they are all about! they were born in 1971 in York, started by Catherine Pavers, an aspiring mum to be proud of, who borrowed £200 from the bank (she said it was for a sofa!) to finance her new business venture of providing the right style for everyone’s feet.They began at village halls and house parties and it was her passion to obtain and sell good looking shoes that fitted well that saw the growth of our company.
Cathy was later followed by her sons, Graham, Stuart (Managing Director) and Ian who have equally contributed to the growth of this family business and this desire, drive and passion to be among the leaders in stylish yet quality comfort footwear. Today their company Pavers Shoes is one of the largest comfort shoe retailing company in UK with their policy of quality and affordable products. The first shop was opened in Scarborough and then in York, Hull and Newcastle.
