About Lily Blanche
She was born in Glasgow and she spent her childhood summers in the windswept Isle of Skye in the Inner Hebrides with her grandma, Lily Blanche Sheridan and that is where the Lily Blanche story starts. When she was a little girl, she found her first real pearl on the lochshore, opposite her grandmother’s white-washed croft. And that gave me a cue to begin imagining.
Her grandma has always been there for me growing up and at the Lily Blanche Studio, she is their muse. Some of the jewels that she had were used as inspiration for some of the designs that they came up with.
