Bertha is a 120-kilogram Probat coffee roaster that they worked for four years to bring back to life after they brought it from Bosnia, and it is used to roast Extract Original each time.When they discovered Bertha she was a heap of rusting metal lying on the floor. They thought it would be worth a try even when there was no stock and this language barrier was so massive.Now, the reconstruction of the equipment that is the lifeblood of the roastery took four years.
It will be good for their neighbourhood that they have an afterburner that eradicates volatile organic compound emissions. Because of replacement of some of the parts, the machine is now sixty percent efficient than it was at the time of its construction thirty years ago.
