DECIEM is a humble, happy umbrella of fine beauty brands like NIOD, Hylamide, and The Ordinary. “The most thrilling thing to happen to skincare” and “The hottest beauty brand right now” are some of their nicknames.
They opened their 35th shop, hired their 1000th employee, and sold more than one product per second in the past year. They are excited to do even more in 2021 with many goods in development, a new 70,000 square-foot HQ, and more retail expansion.
Brandon Truaxe created DECIEM in 2013. He was furious at the lack of zeal, transparency, and insight in beauty product development during a four-month co-op at a skincare lab. Years after selling his first software firm, Brandon’s frustration with the beauty industry persisted, and he set out to change it. That shift is DECIEM, and they’re working hard to continue Brandon’s vision for a more beautiful world.

SolutionAHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution
With regular use, AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution can remove dead skin cells from all levels of the skin, revealing a smoother, younger looking complexion. This at-home peel helps even skin texture, clear pore congestion, and improve uneven pigmentation with the aid of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA), beta-hydroxy acids (BHA), and a studied Tasmanian pepperberry derivative, which decreases irritation that can be linked with acid use.
