A tiny hardware store in 1930, Wilko has grown into an international enterprise over the course of the last century. The result has been the development of a multi-generational family enterprise. For more than 90 years, we have worked to make people’s lives easier through a variety of techniques, and we will continue to do so. The company achieves this by providing consumers with simple, cost-effective, and dependable solutions that allow them to complete their household and garden tasks more quickly and efficiently than they would be able to do otherwise. In our organisation, we refer to small successes as “little victories” since they are so crucial in the grand scheme of things.

As a one-store company, we have grown into a multi-channel retailer with more than 400 sites throughout the United States. As a result, we’ve paid close attention to what our clients want – and gone to great lengths to ensure that they get it! From the 1950s to the 2000s, we’ve put our consumers first in all we do, from reacting to their desire for DIY items to launching our first Wilko brand range in the 1970s, to becoming the first firm to produce wipes that are completely free of plastic by the year 2020.
