Very little has changed since that first machine, and the same innocent joy they felt in 1999 when they first set out to explore South America still greets them each morning.
As former lawyers-turned-chocolate-makers, they’ve had to overcome significant challenges and start from scratch on many occasions, but they do it all because they love the process of making chocolate and consuming it as much as they love eating it.
