How it works
Your first step is to ship them your gadget. One of their resident tech gurus will have a look at it and provide a proper diagnosis. Lebara will repair it and return it to you in full working condition if the issue is covered by the warranty. Alternatively, if the problem cannot be fixed, a new one will be shipped to you. Within two to three business days of their  receiving your phone, they will either repair it or send you a new one through courier.

The good, the bad and the faulty
Of course unexpected things will arise. However, Lebara cannot guarantee protection against all risks. Your phone’s warranty will not protect you if you break it by opening it, dropping it, or spilling something on it. They can’t be held liable if anything gets broken on the way here because of poor packaging on your part. The warranty also does not apply if the device stops functioning properly after you unlock it.

What’s not covered?

Lebara all love the peace of mind that comes with having their phones back up and running at full capacity. Whether it’s a cracked screen or a software glitch, there’s nothing that can’t be fixed. However, it’s important to understand what’s not covered when it comes to device repairs. If you’ve unlocked your phone, suffered liquid damage or have seen any discoloration, these issues may not be covered.
