JustHypeUK was founded in 2011 as a self-funded project that specialised in the design of printed clothing and accessories. After winning a t-shirt printing competition, HYPE. was able to produce its first batch of stock, which was quickly sold out in just a few hours. Within a few months, HYPE. had begun to establish itself as one of the most recognisable brands in the United Kingdom. A new facility in Leicester has been acquired by the company to accommodate design, production, and other in-house operations in the heart of the Midlands. The HYPE flagship store first opened its doors in London in the summer of 2013, followed by a second location in Taiwan in 2016. The brand is now carried by a large number of retailers around the world.
